Please note we do not accept any returns on custom or stock items.
We do not offer refunds.
Our goods are packaged with the greatest of care especially when being transported via courier. Please inform us immediately if any goods arrive damaged in transit.
Shipping
We offer a country wide shipping service. We use PUDO (The Courier Guy)

Please note minimum shipping cost is R70 to deliver your parcel to your door
For locker options – R50 for 1 ITEM ONLY to a PUDO locker or Courier Guy depot
or R60 for an A4 size and up to a PUDO locker or Courier Guy depot.
When using the locker option you can enter your physical address in the search by location bar, on the link below. And then tell us which PUDO locker or courier guy depot we can send your parcel to.

If you would like to book your own parcel delivered via PUDO using the locker to locker service, please contact Jill, who will gladly assist with this. R50 Locker (Hermanus Courier guy depot) to locker/depot of your choice (very small parcel – please note only 1 item approx A5 size.
and R60 for more than 1 item A4 size locker (Hermanus Courier guy depot) to locker or depot of your choice.
You may also send the courier to collect from our address but then you will have to collect from a PUDO locker or Courier guy depot (Please use own courier/pickup for this option)
If you are local (Hermanus-Western Cape) area you can opt for local pickup, or use this option if you wish to send your own courier.

Stock items are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Custom cake toppers are processed within 1 to 2 days.
Please note we do not do custom enquiries ( except for our Shweshwe range)
Please note delivery to Cape Town Metro is generally the next day. Outlying areas 1 to 3 days. All other provinces can take 3 to 5 days.
